it's PSEUDOCODE!.

hm.what is pseudocode?:

Pseudocode consists of short, English phrases used to explain specific tasks within a program's algorithm. Pseudocode should not include keywords in any specific computer languages.

There are 6 rules that we must remember in making pseudocode:

1. The words must be peculiar words or unsual words.
2. It must be indented properly:
START must be always aligned to END.
Advantage: It is easier to understand if it's indented.
3. Some pseudo language must be capitalize.
4. Punctuation is optional
5. End every IF with an ENDIF.
6. End every DO, DO FOR, DO WHILE and DO UNTIL an ENDDO.

ADVANTAGE:
- It bridges the gap between human language and computer language./
- Easier to change when something is wrong.

Pseudo Language

ACCEPT- allows data to enterin the stored file
WRITE- to enter some data.
DECLARE- initializes variables that are not given.
COMPUTE- compute mathematical operation
DISPLAY- soft copy
ENTRY & EXIT- in entering or executing a file.

hm.i want to learn more about TLE 4..

i want to learn more in TLE because i want to.

as far as i know.TLE 4 is all about computer programming which can be a very tough challenge but an exciting part of our senior year.

tough,because.hm.first.im not that good in flowcharting.maybe it's just normal for a beginner like me.but it is exciting for the reason that we will use the computer laboratory regularly.it means that we will always be online and can surf the net!hehe.

but honestly, i want to know programming more..i want to know how it is properly used,how to make your own program and the rest will follow.

algorithm,program development cycle,FLOWCHARTING!.etc.

first, let me discuss the algorithm and the others will follow...

ALGORITHM-A step-by-step problem-solving procedure, especially an established, recursive computational procedure for solving a problem in a finite number of steps.

THE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT CYCLE

5 Main Types:

a. Review of the Program

2 Methods Used to Convert a program to Machine Language:

i. Interpreter- is a program that must be placed in main memory prior to loading the program to be executed.
ii. Compiler- is a program that creates an independent, executable file of program to be executed.

FLOWCHARTING- Flowcharting is a tool for analysing processes.
